1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India.
International shipping is not available on select items.

2. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.
• During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take longer than usual. We will keep you informed of any delays.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Note: Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On all orders within India.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and a link to track your package.
• You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section of your account.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted delivery partners including:
Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, DTDC, India Post, and others depending on your location.

7. Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur. Imitation Queen is not liable for delays caused by:

• Incomplete or incorrect address
• Courier partner issues
• Weather disruptions
• Strikes or force majeure events

If your order is delayed beyond 10 days, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

8. Delivery Attempt & Re-Shipping

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery twice. If the package is undeliverable due to unavailability or wrong address, it may be returned to us.
• Re-shipping may require additional shipping charges to be paid by the customer.

9. Packaging

All items are carefully packed using tamper-proof and secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or opened package, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.
