Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Imitation Queen, we strive to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Below is our detailed policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds for purchases made through our platform.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Before Shipment:
  You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever comes first. To cancel, contact our support team at [sales.imitationqueen@gmail.com].
• After Shipment:
  Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may still be eligible for a return or refund depending on the condition of the product and reason for return (see Return Policy below).

2. Return & Exchange Policy

• Eligibility for Return:
  • Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or part of a final sale are not eligible for return.
• Accepted Reasons for Return:
  • Damaged or defective item received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing parts or items
  • Item significantly different from description
• Not Accepted:
  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variations due to screen resolution
  • Wear and tear from use
• Exchange:
  Exchange is subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed instead.

3. Refund Policy

• Refund Timeline:
  Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refund Mode:
  Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or wallet credit.
• Deductions:
  • Return shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted unless the return is due to a damaged/wrong item.
  • COD convenience fees are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will arrange free reverse pickup.
• For other valid reasons, the customer may bear the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed.
