Order Tracking FAQ
  • * Tracking link: You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order ships.

  • * Order status page: Click the tracking link or visit My Account > Orders to view live updates.

  • * What to enter: Use your order number and email or phone if prompted.

  • * Dispatch notification: Tracking is generated when the courier picks up your package. Expect the tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch.

  • * Delay cases: If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours, contact support with your order number.

  • * Label Created / Shipment Created: Courier has received the order details; pickup may be pending.

  • * In Transit / Out for Delivery: Package is moving through the courier network or with the delivery partner.

  • * Delivered: Package has been delivered to the address on the order.

  • * Exception / Delivery Attempt Failed: There was an issue (address, access, weather); check courier notes or contact us.

  • * Check with neighbors or building office first; couriers sometimes leave parcels with reception.

  • * Look for delivery proof in the tracking details (photo or POD).

  • If still missing, contact support within 48 hours with your order number and tracking ID so we can investigate.

  • * Common causes: High season volumes, weather, or courier network issues.

  • * Next steps: Wait 24–48 hours for updates; if no change, contact support with order number and tracking ID.

  • * Before dispatch: Yes — contact support immediately to update the address.

  • * After dispatch: Changes depend on the courier; we can request a redirect but cannot guarantee success. Additional charges may apply.

  • * Damaged on arrival: Keep original packaging and photos, then contact support within 48 hours with images and order details.

  • * Lost shipment: If the courier confirms loss, we will initiate a claim and offer a replacement or refund per our Returns Policy.

  • * Standard domestic: Typically 3–7 business days depending on location.

  • * Express: 1–3 business days where available.

  • * Dispatch cutoff: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are prioritized for same‑day processing where stock allows.
